Due to the limited-season nature of The Magic Candy Cane and inclusion of personalized digital components, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed.

Shipping

• Orders ship within 3–5 business days from Tennessee.

• You’ll receive tracking information once your package leaves our workshop.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

• The Magic Candy Cane is not responsible for postal delays or incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
