Because The Magic Candy Cane is a seasonal, limited-run product that includes digital and/or personalized elements, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Orders are fulfilled from Tennessee within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, particularly during the holiday season.
